  • The Correct Mailing Address
    If your citation states send payment to Garett Street, this is not the correct address.  The correct address is 150 Garnett Street, Atlanta, GA 30303.

  • Collateral fee schedules

  • Warrant Information
    You must appear in Court as soon as possible to resolve this matter. The warrant will remain outstanding until you appear in court.  Penalties related to warrants vary.  For more information on Failure to Appear Warrants please use the link here.

  • Parking and Automated Red Light Citation information
    Citations must be filed with the court before you can use electronic payment methods. If it has been at least 14 days since you received the citation and you can not access it electronically, please call Municipal Court Customer Care at (404) 658-6940. A penalty will be incurred on all unpaid parking citations after 14 days. If you have not paid your parking citation within 90 days, your citation will be automatically be forwarded to a collection agency.

    Red Light citations can be paid on this system or by mailing to the following address: Automated Red Light Enforcement Program, P.O. Box 933462, Atlanta, Georgia 31193-3462 or paid at our convenient payment windows. Payment windows are located at 150 Garnett Street, SW, Atlanta GA 30303.      
                                                                                                                              
  • For information on Vehicles Towed or Booted by the Atlanta Police Department, please visit www.atlantapd.org. All parking citations must be paid before the vehicle is released form APD impound. If your vehicle has been towed or impounded, please contact the APD Property Unit at (404) 853-3434 or (404) 853-4330.
