This year’s Open Enrollment period was July 6th – July 22nd. Any options selected will remain in effect until August 31, 2010 unless you have a qualifying life event. If you need to continue coverage for dependents (19 – 26 years of age) who are full-time students, please complete the student verification form and submit to Human Resources - Office of Insurance.
