The City of Atlanta operates three neighborhood centers that are primarily located in the south and southeast quadrants of the city. Dunbar, Georgia Hill and John C. Birdine Neighborhood Centers house various public and private agencies that provide services to residents in the surrounding communities. These agencies offer a variety of services ranging from day care to youth and social services programs. In addition, the agencies engage in special community outreach programs and projects throughout the year.
The neighborhood centers are managed by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs. For more information, including a complete listing of the agencies housed in these centers, please contact the neighborhood centers directly. |
