- Coordinate comprehensive development and capital improvement plans on an annual basis.
- Manage park and facility inventory for DPRCA.
- Manage plan inventory for DPRCA.
- Develop architectural, engineering or landscape plans for various projects in-house or through retained, qualified consultants.
- Manage construction of all capital improvement projects in parks, recreation and cultural facilities in DPRCA.
- Coordinate installation of lights, water and fire detection services, HVAC maintenance, electrical and plumbing needs for various facilities.
- Coordinate and provide support for private fund-raising by various communities for public/private partnership projects in parks and recreation facilities.
- Coordinate park planning for DPRCA.
- Provide trades maintenance for DPRCA facilities through the Skilled Services Group.
