Coordinate comprehensive development and capital improvement plans on an annual basis
Provide information on history of park and various facilities in the park
Run blueprints for various agencies.
Develop architectural and engineering plans for various projects in-house and/or through the City’s annual A/E consultants
Develop landscaping plans for various parks.
Provide architectural, engineering and landscaping service to various City agencies (planning, police, public works, etc.)
Provide information and resolution of various parks facilities issues to Council, general public and Mayor’s Office.
Manage construction of all capital improvement projects in the parks.
Coordinate installation of lights, water and fire services, HVAC maintenance, fencing, and plumbing needs on an ongoing and as basis in various facilities.
Coordinate and provide support for private fund-raising by various communities for public/private partnership project in the parks.
