The City of Atlanta Public Parking Management Program is committed to improving traffic flow in the city and maximizing the utilization of parking spaces for the public, residents, business owners, tourists, and employees. We are responsible for oversight of PARKatlanta whose services include: maintenance of parking meters and regulatory signage; parking meter collections; on-street parking and right-of-way regulation enforcement; parking citation processing and delinquent collection services; and vehicle booting and towing services. All services are performed in accordance with City regulations and guidelines per Atlanta City Ordinance 09-O-0765.

OUR MISSION: We are dedicated to resolving citizen concerns received with regard to the policies, performance, and procedures of  PARKatlanta.

OUR GOAL: It is the goal of the Parking Management Team to ensure that all citizens are treated with the highest standards of respect and that PARKatlanta operates in accordance with the Atlanta City Code of Ordinances while enforcing parking rules and regulations.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: Members of the Office of Transportation Parking Management team shall at all times strive to be respectful, courteous and professional to the citizens we serve. We will work to ensure all interaction with PARKatlanta and the parking management team are positive. If not, we will work to resolve your concern to your satisfaction in a prompt and objective way.
