Disposition Requests

Once a judgment or a decision regarding a court case has been given, a disposition is recorded. A disposition is the court's final determination regarding a traffic, code violation or criminal charge. You may obtain a copy of a Municipal Court of Atlanta case disposition from the Clerk’s Office at 150 Garnett Street, SW, 2nd Floor or by mail. All requests not made in person or mailed to the court can be sent via e-mail to MCDispositionRequest@atlantaga.gov . Please click here to begin completion of the required request form. To ensure an accurate, timely response please complete all form fields. Note: You will need to print the form in order to complete it.
