This hotline provides information on temporarily closed City of Atlanta ballfields. Playing on wet fields is a violation of City of Atlanta park rules. All playing fields are closed anytime during a rainfall. If you witness anyone playing on a wet field on a closed field, please contact Parks Customer Service at 404-546-6813 during the operating hours of 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. After operating hours call 911 to report.

Park Rules and Regulations
If you have a question or concern about park trees or street trees, the Office of Parks can assist you. Please call our Customer Service Call Center using the "Contact Info" on this page. You should also call the Customer Service Call Center to report trees down in the street. If your question is about a privately-owned tree, please contact the Arborist Division in the Office of Buildings.

Parks Customer Service
Service Call Center (404.546.6813) handles park maintenance requests, trees down in the street, requests for inspection of a City-owned tree and DPR facility requests. Open weekdays 7:30am - 4:30pm. Nights, weekends and holidays, call 911 to report trees down in the street. For issues regarding privately-owned trees, contact the City of Atlanta Bureau of Buildings in the Department of Planning and Community Development.
PARKS ONLINE RESERVATIONS

The Office of Parks Reservations walk in hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on a first-come, first serve basis. At this time you are welcomed to meet with a representative from the Reservations Office for a 15 minute meeting regarding your event/application.

Central Park ballfields will not be included in the Summer Selection Process.
Status of Central Park ballfield will be made available on May 19th, please check back for updates.
Shady Valley and Walker Park ballfields will be temporarily closed during the months of June-August.
Historic Fourth Ward Park ballfield will be temporarily closed during the months of June and July.
The Peachtree Hills pavilion is now available for rental.
