Tree Information

If you have a question or concern about park trees or street trees, the Office of Parks can assist you. Please call our Customer Service Call Center using the "Contact Info" on this page. You should also call the Customer Service Call Center to report trees down in the street. If your question is about a privately-owned tree, please contact the Arborist Division in the Bureau of Buildings.

Parks Customer Service

Service Call Center (404.546.6813) handles park maintenance requests, trees down in the street, requests for inspection of a City-owned tree and DPRCA facility requests. Open weekdays 7:30am - 4:30pm. Nights, weekends and holidays, call 911 to report trees down in the street. For issues regarding privately-owned trees, contact the City of Atlanta Bureau of Buildings in the Department of Planning and Community Development.

 

PARKS ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Customers may now check availability and request reservations of DPRCA facilities online. This includes ball fields, pavilions, greenspaces, and rooms within Community Centers. In order to complete a reservation, an online account is required.  To create an account, please click the link below to access our online reservations portal.  The Office of Parks Reservations walk in hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on a first-come, first serve basis. At this time you are welcomed to meet with a representative from the Reservations Office for a 15 minute meeting regarding your event/application.
