NOMINATE GREAT DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION WORK!
Do you know an interior designer, architect, landscape designer, contractor, urban planner or contractor who has done great work in the City of Atlanta? If so, we invite you to nominate an individual, organization or project for the 36th Annual Atlanta Urban Design Commission Awards of Excellence.

Who qualifies? Anyone who has recently completed a design and construction project in the City of Atlanta.

What are the award categories?  Public Works of Art, Historic Preservation, Parks & Landscape Design, Adaptive Use, Interior Design of Public Spaces, and Sustainable Design, individual and organization.

The deadline for submitting nominations is Monday, March 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Click here for for a nomination form.

Wednesday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Friday: Closed

Applications for Rezoning, Variances, Special Exceptions, Special Use Permits, Demolition, Special Administrative Permits, and Subdivision-related will not be accepted after 2:00 pm.

Applications for Appeals will be accepted during regular business hours Monday - Friday from 8:15 am - 5:00 pm

Search Applications and Cases Online

Planning applications (re-zonings, variances, subdivisions, special use permits, certificates of appropriateness) may be searched online using the City's new permitting system, Accela.
