Mayor Kasim Reed Joins Obama Administration Officials for Partnership for Sustainable Communities Anniversary

 WHAT:

Mayor Kasim Reed will join U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regional Administrator Gwen Keyes Fleming, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regional Administrator Ed Jennings Jr. and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Regional Administrator Dr. Yvette Taylor on Wednesday to celebrate the third anniversary of the Partnership for Sustainable Communities.

To celebrate the local accomplishments, a program and workshop have been planned to share the partnership’s successes and plans for the future. Residents from southwest Atlanta, nonprofit officials and elected leaders will discuss how partnership projects are setting trends in their areas.
