After-school efforts of the Thomasville Center of Hope, in collaboration with Thomasville Heights Elementary School, have resulted in solid achievements for students, and the center is a model for others in Atlanta. Mayor Reed will visit students working on computers and working with tutors and accept a $1.5 million donation from Wells Fargo – just in time for the holidays -- to allow for a dramatic expansion of these education efforts.
