Mayor Kasim Reed to Unveil Grant Park Gateway Project Plans

WHAT:

Mayor Kasim Reed will unveil plans for the Grant Park Gateway Project, a new parking garage which will be located at the existing eight-acre parking lot, adjacent to Zoo Atlanta on Boulevard Avenue.

The City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation plans to invest $48 million on the project, which will address parking demands, while reducing traffic congestion and improving overall safety in the area.
