Mayor Kasim Reed today released his Administration’s proposed FY 2014 budget. The proposed $539 million spending plan maintains and expands the Reed Administration’s top priorities, which include improving public safety; restoring fiscal stability; investing in youth development; fostering job growth and economic development; and improving customer service.
