Providing quality programs and services for Atlanta’s Teens is extremely important to the Office of Recreation. Teens are guaranteed to find an activity that caters to their unique interests as participants in our teen club, Atlanta Teen Leaders, or in one of the diverse programs offered by our valued program partners.

The purpose of the ATLanta Teen Leaders Club is to provide positive opportunities for Atlanta’s teenage population by engaging in recreational projects which enhance self esteem and self confidence and build morally sound character, as well as provide experiences for practicing conflict resolution through social interaction with teens.

The ATLanta Teen Leaders Teen Program distinguishes itself as it boldly confronts the challenges of the teen population PREENS (pre-teens) ages 11 – 13 and TEENS ages 14 - 18 hence, all ages because these are tomorrow’s leaders.
