The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) will conduct a series of Public Information Open Houses concerning the Georgia MultiModal Passenger Terminal (MMPT) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The meetings will gauge public opinion on the scope of the EIS and the project’s potential purpose, need and impact. The open houses will include interactive stations for the public to learn about the next steps of the Georgia MMPT project, including Land Use and Transportation, Environment, and Alternatives. The setting will be informal; there will be no formal presentations and identical information will be presented at each meeting, including graphics and overlay area maps.
