Energy Conservation Program Saves Nearly $500,000 in 2003!
Between August 2002 and July 2003, Council President Woolard and a team of federal, state and local energy experts worked on three major projects that enabled the City of Atlanta to save an estimated $455,000 in 2003 from its electricity bills.
