Final Report of the Living Wage Commission

Below is the final report of the Commission released in Spring 2004.  Also included on this page is an independent analysis of the original proposed Atlanta Living Wage Ordinance compared to living wage ordinances from other major cities.  The Commission thanks Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy for this pro bono comparative analysis effort.  The final report references many of the reports and testimony that are posted on other pages of this website. The printed version of the report submitted to the Mayor and City Council also included copies of the public testimony from invited speakers and general public that in some cases are not posted on this website.
