Atlanta Police Department Hosts Recruitment Fair

WHAT:

The Atlanta Police Department (APD) will host recruitment fair.  The recruitment fair supports Mayor Franklin and APD Chief Richard Pennington’s pledge to increase the department from 1,786 sworn officers to a maximum for of 2,000 by 2009. By the end of 2007, APD plans to recruit 250 new officers.

8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m

 

*Testing begins at 1:00 p.m.
