We are pleased to announce, the City of Atlanta has begun implementing the following community improvement project as part of the Quality of Life Bond Program:
Beginning the end of August 2004, we will begin street resurfacing activities along the following locations:
Willow Avenue, from Fairhaven Circle to Mobile Avenue, NPU-B. Willow Avenue, from Fairhaven Circle to Mobile Avenue, NPU-B.
Woodcrest Avenue, NE from Huntington Road to Palisades Road, NPU-E.
Both projects are located within Council District 7. These projects are scheduled for completion within the next 30 days.
Beginning the end of August 2004 to early September we will begin street resurfacing activities along Trabert Avenue. This project is scheduled for completion within the next 30 days.
Construction will be located within the City of Atlanta's right-of-way on south side of the street between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Beginning early September, 2004 sidewalk construction activities along the following areas:
West Wesley Drive NW, from Chattsworth to I-75, NPU-A, Council District 8. This project is scheduled for completion within the next 60 days.
Construction will be located within the City of Atlanta’s right-of-way on south side of the street between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Citizens are advised to remove or relocate any sprinkler lines or other fixtures, including landscaping, that may be installed within the right of way prior to commencement of construction.
Beginning early September resurfacing activities in Council District 2, NPU-M in the following areas:
Carnegie Way, NE from Forsyth Street to International Boulevard, Scott Street, NW from Mills Street to West Peachtree Place Renaissance Parkway, NE from Peachtree Street to Piedmont Avenue.
These projects are scheduled for completion within 30 days. The installation process will take place between the hours of 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Local traffic access will be maintained for the duration.
