WHAT:	Press Conference to Unveil and Complete the Wonders of Water (WOW) Art Mural produced by camp participants under the direction of Department of Watershed Management staff. Camp Best Friends youth were educated on ways to protect our water resources and produced the mural based on what they learned. Mayor Franklin will also highlight DWM programs involving youth
