Mayor and City Officials will lead Congressman Oberstar on a tour of the Nancy Creek Tunnel, one of the key elements in the City’s plan to overhaul its aging wastewater infrastructure. Rep. Oberstar, a 15-term congressman who represents Minnesota’s Eighth District, is the senior Democrat on the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and an ex officio member of the Water Resources & Environment subcommittee. |

R. M. Clayton Reclamation Center, 2440 Bolton Rd From downtown, take I-75 North to Moores Mill Road exit. Turn right and proceed to dead end at Bolton Rd. Turn right onto Bolton Road. The R. M. Clayton WRC Plant is on your right at 2440 Bolton Road. |

Photo Op available of descent into tunnel at approximately 2:30 p.m. and emergence from tunnel at approximately 3:30 p.m. City Cable 26 will be the pool video camera down in the tunnel. Tour footage will be made available to television media immediately after tour. |
