City of Atlanta Celebrates Reopening of the Rosel Fann Recreation Center

WHO:	Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Commissioner Dianne Harnell Cohen, District 12 Atlanta City Councilmember Joyce Sheperd, special invited guests and residents of the Southeast Community.
WHAT:	The Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs will proudly showcase the newly renovated Rosel Fann Recreation Center to Atlanta residents and visitors with guided tours, a dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting.
