Vine City Civic Association Celebrates
10th Anniversary

WHO:

Mayor Shirley Franklin, US Attorney Sally Quillian Yates, Atlanta Councilmembers Ivory Young and H. Lamar Willis, Senator Sam Zamarripa, State Representative Kathy Ashe, representatives of area foundations, city officials, faithfully committed residents and corporations that have supported them through the years.

WHAT:

The Vine City Civic Association is hosting their 10^th anniversary to highlight the neighborhood association’s accomplishments and plans for 2005 (including the approval of their redevelopment plan), to announce the Department of Justice’s official recognition of Vine City as a Weed & Seed site, and to acknowledge community and corporate partners for providing financial and in-kind support.
