Mayor Shirley Franklin Named Among
Top Ten World Mayors

World Mayor is an annual project organized by citymayors.com intended to honor the top ten city leaders who have contributed to the well-being of cities internationally. Mayor Franklin is one of two US mayors recognized and one of three women recognized on the 2005 list.
