Local Motorcycle Group to Host Charity Ride in Support of the Y.E.S. (Youth Empowerment Services) Mentoring Program

WHAT:

The City of Atlanta and the ATL Regulators, a local Atlanta motorcycle group, invite you to come out and ride with Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin in support of the Y.E.S. (Youth Empowerment Services) Mentoring Program.

 

This family event will have activities for all ages, vendors and much more. The Bike Show will include trophies presented in the following categories: Cruisers, Sports Bike, Peoples Choice, and Most Represented Bike Club. All proceeds from the event will go to the Y.E.S. Mentoring Program via the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency.

 

The Y.E.S. Program is a hands-on life enrichment program that provides at-risk youth with the skills to positively redirect their lives. This collaboration between the Municipal Court of Atlanta, the City Solicitor’s Office and the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency (AWDA) assists youth and juvenile offenders between the ages of 12 - 24 who live in the City’s Weed and Seed communities.
