| WHAT: |
Councilmember Derrick Boazman (District 12), Department of Watershed Management Commissioner Jack Ravan and community leaders will celebrate the completion of the 10th Ward Relief & Rehabilitation Sewer Project. The final phase of the $14 million project involved the replacement of existing sanitary pipes with larger pipes. This trunk line will bring additional sewer capacity to residents and businesses in Southeast Atlanta. The 10th Ward Trunk Sewer Project is one of the larger capital improvement projects the City has undertaken to improve our sanitary sewer infrastructure. The contractors have donated a bench and a bronze plaque to the community on Evans Drive to commemorate the completion of the project. Photo Op: Ribbon cutting to dedicate bench. |
