NOTES:	Rob Hunter, Commissioner of the Department of Watershed Management (DWM),  and Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard will announce the arrest of former customer service representatives Arvin Richards and Donnie McCrary, Jr., on Fraud  and other charges. The former DWM employees allegedly took money to make delinquent accounts appear to be current. After an initial investigation, DWM turned the matter over to the Atlanta Police. Police arrested Richards Last Tuesday and McCrary over the weekend.
