EVENT DESCRIPTION: Outdoor Festival and artist markets along 3/4 mile route of Howell Mill Road corridor to support/promote local businesses and residential communities. Outdoor Festival will occur on Howell Mill Rd between 17th Street NW and 10th Street NW. Food and Alcohol vending will occur in the outdoor festival area.
