EVENT DESCRIPTION: The Culture Comb Out will feature DJ performances during an afternoon artist market featuring local artists and small businesses and a trivia booth. After the market attendees will shift to Lower Alabama street for a hair show and competition celebrating the legacy of beauty shops in Atlanta.
