Poncey-Highland Halloween Party

Event Description: Event is a Halloween Block party, all Poncey-Highland neighbors are invited. Children and adults come in costumes and trick-or-treat on the street. There are a few tables placed on the sidewalk for people to place appetizers that are brought to the party.
