Department of City Planning to Host Awards Ceremony for domestiCITY Affordable Housing Design Competition Finalists 

WHO:

WHAT:

The City of Atlanta Department of City Planning and Enterprise Community Partners will host an awards ceremony and reception for the finalists of the domestiCITY affordable housing design competition. The ceremony will begin with an exhibition of the finalists' proposals followed by an opportunity to meet the winning teams. There will be an open forum led by our speakers to discuss affordable housing challenges, solutions and strategic interventions for future success.

The top two finalists are Utile (Boston) and Lord Aeck Sargent (Atlanta). Also being recognized for their submissions are Sadyr Khabukhayev (Kazakhstan), David Baker Architects (San Francisco), Siyi He & Yixin Ren (Rhode Island School of Design) and MPN Partners (London/Vietnam).

The finalists will be available for press interviews at 6:00 p.m.
