Ribbon Cutting on Gateway Capitol View Affordable Senior Living Complex

WHAT:

City of Atlanta officials and partners will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of Gateway Capitol View—a 162-unit affordable living complex in Atlanta’s Capitol View neighborhood near the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail and Oakland City MARTA station. All units will be reserved for seniors age 55 and over with incomes less than 60 percent of the area median income. A facility tour will be provided to highlight amenities of the new development.
