Mayor Andre Dickens, Invest Atlanta and Atlanta Beltline, Inc. to Announce Launch of Beltline Mortgage Assistance Program

WHAT:

Mayor Andre Dickens, Invest Atlanta and Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) will officially launch the Beltline Mortgage Assistance Program, a new downpayment assistance program designed to help legacy residents, teachers, first responders and other public servants achieve homeownership in Beltline neighborhoods on Atlanta's south and west sides.

The program offers eligible buyers up to $30,000 in downpayment assistance for legacy residents and public sector employees, and up to $20,000 for other qualified homebuyers. The initiative reflects a shared commitment by Invest Atlanta and ABI to preserve affordability and expand equitable access to homeownership as Beltline communities continue to grow.
