New Promotions include a new Deputy Chief
Major C.J. Davis promoted to Deputy Chief
Police Chief George Turner promoted Major C.J. Davis to Deputy Chief over Strategy and Special Projects Division effective Thursday, January 30, 2014. Deputy Chief E. Renee Propes retired after 30 years of service. Deputy Chief Davis was previously in charge of Code Enforcement.
Major James B. Shaw is the new Commander over the Code Enforcement Section. He was previously Assistant Commander in Zone 6.
Major Byron K. Martin is in charge of the Community Services Section. He was previously the Assistant Commander in Zone 3.
Captain Jack Snowden is the new Night Commander.
Captain Bennie McGee is the new Assistant Commander in Zone 6.
Captain Marisha Shepherd is new Assistant Commander at the Airport.
