Atlanta Police Appoints New LGBT Liaison

Officer Eric King joins the LGBT Unit

The Atlanta Police Department is pleased to announce Officer Eric King as a new LBGT liaison. Officer King joins SPO Brian Sharp as the two LGBT liaisons for the Department. Officer King has been with the Atlanta Police Department for five years and was recently assigned to Zone 4 where he was a bicycle officer in the West End and Greenbriar Mall areas.

“I am honored to serve as an LBGT liaison for the Atlanta Police Department and I want to strengthen relationships and improve the communication between the Department and the LBGT community,” said Officer King.
