City of Atlanta Park Ordinances will be Enforced

The Atlanta Police Department is aware that peaceful protests are slated to be held at and around various City of Atlanta parks. The Department would like to stress that City of Atlanta parks officially open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

City ordinances will be enforced at city parks. If anyone is in violation of ordinance Sec. 110-60. Use of public parks at night, they will receive a warning. Failure to comply with the warning can result in an arrest.
