Atlanta Police Make Homicide Arrest
(Atlanta) – The Atlanta Police Department (APD) has made an arrest in the murder of Domica Garrett. On September 27, 2016, APD Fugitive units picked up William Griggs and Barry Rhodes and transported them to the homicide office. Griggs and Rhodes were transported to the Fulton County Jail.
On September 2, 2016 Homicide units were requested to 2591 Etheridge Dr. NW on a person shot call. Officers advised that the victim had died from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigator Casey was the primary detective on this case.
