    Mayor Kasim Reed to Participate in Ceremony at Emory Proton Therapy Center

    90-ton cyclotron to be installed

    Mayor Kasim Reed will join representatives from the Georgia Proton Treatment Center (GPTC), LLC, Brasfield & Gorrie, Signet Development, and Emory University for the delivery and installation of the 90-ton cyclotron.  The cyclotron will be the source of the proton therapy beam at the center when it opens.
