 City of Atlanta Government Offices and Municipal Court of Atlanta to Return to Normal Operating Hours on Wednesday, September 13, 2017
 
ATLANTAThe City of Atlanta announced today that government offices and the Municipal Court of Atlanta will return to normal operating hours on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. All employees should report to work at their regularly-scheduled time.
 
The Department of Public Works (DPW) also announced that trash collection will resume on Wednesday, September 13.  Trash collection schedule is as follows:
  • Monday’s collections will occur on Wednesday; 
  • Tuesday’s collections will occur on Thursday;
  • Wednesday’s collections will occur on Friday;
  • Thursday’s collections will occur on Saturday;
  • Friday’s collections will occur on Sunday.

Please do not place cans outside until your newly-scheduled pick-up date.  Additionally, DPW announced the moratorium restricting lane closures and construction will be lifted on Wednesday, September 13 at 9:00 a.m.
