The Department of Atlanta Information Management (AIM) Internship Program provides students with valuable work experience across various service delivery areas within AIM. This program exposes eligible college students to the technology operations of the City of Atlanta government, offering an invaluable insight into careers in local governance. Participants in the program will acquire a deeper understanding of the complexities of city government as they relate to technology. The primary objective of the program is to equip interns with the requisite skill set to ensure a seamless transition into professional employment.

The internship program operates throughout the year, with positions lasting between 10 to 12 weeks, and opportunities for rotational experience are available. These positions offer compensation at a rate of $17.50 per hour.
