Qualified Administrators

"The Office of Housing and Community Development works with a variety of partners on housing-related initiatives."

Qualified Administrators are organizations demonstrating the necessary capacity to provide long term stewardship of affordable homeownership units by identifying purchasers that meet income requirements and administering ongoing compliance.

Qualified administrators can partner with the City of Atlanta on for-sale properties through a variety of programs.

To apply to become a qualified administrator with the City of Atlanta, please complete this application.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the Office of Housing and Community Development.
