Parks Customer Service

Service Call Center (404.546.6813) handles park maintenance requests, trees down in the street, requests for inspection of a City-owned tree and DPR facility requests. Open weekdays 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Nights, weekends and holidays, call 911 to report trees down in the street. If your question is about a privately-owned tree, please contact the Arborist Division in the Office of Buildings at 404.330.6874.
