The Play Mobile Recreation Vans

The Play Mobile Recreation Program offers organized activities at events that are free and open to the public. These include community festivals, fairs, free programs, and other related events.

Activities

The Play Mobile Recreation Vans provide free activities for all City of Atlanta children. From May to October, teams of trained Parks Staff travel throughout the City of Atlanta to provide structured and supervised activities. The Play Mobile is stocked with a variety of games and toys that are suitable for children, including board games, chalk, balls, crafts, and more.

How to Apply

Please fill out our Play Mobile Recreation Application form at least 14 days in advance of your event to allow for a three-week processing time.

Our Mobile Recreation Vans will not visit events that are exclusive to specific groups including but not limited to: ticketed events, programs associated with a fee, or block association parties.
