NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuant to specific authority granted under the City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances to the City Attorney for the City of Atlanta’s (“City”) Department of Law, the City Attorney issued a solicitation, Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), seeking a qualified law firm to serve as Disclosure Counsel for the City. Furthermore, in accordance with this authority, the City Attorney is initiating cancellation of the solicitation, effective the date of this notice of cancellation, January 15, 2026.

The City has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to cancel the solicitation due to the fact that certain material revisions to the RFQ are desirable and of such magnitude that the City has chosen not to make an award through the solicitation process at this time.

We truly appreciate all of your time and effort in submitting a response as well as your interest in doing business with the City. Additionally, we hope that we can count on your participation in future solicitations.

In the event a response to this solicitation was submitted by your law firm, the response will be returned to the address of record provided for the law firm.
