- Online Portal Information
2. Required Documents:
- Financial Documents to support the reported Prior Year Actual Gross Receipts.

Before applying for your Professional Occupational Tax Certificate
1. Required Registration:
- A valid email address for the Professional is required to register for an account.
- A valid email address for the person applying on behalf of the Professional (i.e., Administrator, Representative of the Business, Manager) is required during the "contact" card setup. To properly register for the Professional account, please register yourself with a different email address than the Professional. Logout of your account, then create the Professional account using the email address of the Professional to complete the application. During the "Contact" setup click + Add Contact, search for your email address, select the email address, and the contact type.
