Special Events Alcohol License:

The Alcohol Sub Permit/Alcohol Location Information form must be completed and emailed to alcoholaccounts@atlantaga.gov to ensure processing of any alcohol license for a special event. The Office of Revenue requires a minimum of 15 business days for the processing of the alcohol license from the date of receipt of the Alcohol Sub Permit/Alcohol Location Information form. 

Business tax is based upon the gross receipts, number of employees and type of business (NAICS code). Businesses located in the City of Atlanta are taxed on statewide receipts. Businesses located outside Georgia are taxed on receipts generated in the City of Atlanta, only. To request an amendment or refund, please visit ATLBIZ.
