Pursuant to the Orders of Governor Brian Kemp (found here) and City of Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms (found here), and in combination with the Supreme Court of Georgia’s Order Declaring Statewide Judicial Emergency (found here) the City of Atlanta, including the Mayor’s Office, City Council, and Department of Law, is closed and will not be able to accept service on behalf of the City of Atlanta during this period of emergency. Once the above Executive Orders are lifted, the City of Atlanta will be available to resume its normal processes to accept service.
