The Department of City Planning hours of operation is as follows:

Monday – Thursday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Office of Planning

 

  • The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) conducts public hearings on the 1st and 2nd Thursday of the Month at 12:00 p.m.
  • The Zoning Review Board (ZRB) conducts public hearings on the 1st and 2nd Thursday of each month at 6 p.m.
  • The Urban Design Commission (UDC) conducts public hearings on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.

Applications for Appeals will be accepted during regular business hours Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
