2025 Service Year Solid Waste Rate
Department of Public Works Rate Adjustments
The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council held a public hearing on July 9, 2024, on adopted legislation, 24-O-1214, to amend the code to adjust the taxes, assessments, service fees, and charges for solid waste services.
To dispute a solid waste bill/charge, download the DPW Solid Waste Dispute Form, complete it, and submit it to DPWSolidWasteBilling@atlantaga.gov with the subject line "Solid Waste Bill Dispute".
