  Solid Waste & Recycling Cart Replacement  

The Department of Public Works (DPW) will inspect your damaged cart. If DPW determines the cart is eligible for replacement, it will be removed, and a replacement cart will be delivered.

  • Residents should contact ATL311 by visiting www.atl311.com or dialing 404-546-0311 to request a garbage or recycling cart replacement
  • Additional garbage or recycling cart fee: $70
  • Cart delivery turnaround time is 7-10 business days
  • Residents should place any damaged cart curbside, flipped upside down, with no garbage or recycling inside for collection

Illegal dumping is a crime. If your tip leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a reward up to $2,000.
