ATLDOT crews are hard at work treating our main roads and bridges. Below freezing temperatures tonight, coupled with slush on the roadways will lead to slick spots and patches of black ice in untreated areas. Avoid driving, if possible. Use extra caution if you must be on the roads, drive slowly and avoid sudden braking or rapid lane changes.
- **ICE Warning:** Freezing precipitation and light snow are forecasted to create a hazardous layer of ice on the roads, posing serious risks to vehicles, trees, and power lines. For your own safety, please stay home!
- Tonight, roads are likely to freeze, so it's critical that you avoid traveling. Your well-being is our priority! If you encounter any non-emergency issues, please report them to ATL311. Remember, our online resources are available at www.atl311.com 24/7 for your convenience.
- Keep your cell phones and other devices charged.
- For assistance with non-emergency City services, simply call 311. We appreciate your help in reporting downed tree and abandoned vehicles as well. Stay safe!
